As we analyze each verse of section 132, it would be so convenient if we could simply identify which verses are legitimate and which ones aren’t, especially if it could be divided into two clear sections. Unfortunately, true to Satan’s form of mingling philosophies of men with scripture, the false elements seem interspersed throughout section 132, although the later verses are almost all completely fabricated. Sometimes it is too difficult to determine what can safely be eliminated, so I may keep some things that are questionable. I also acknowledge the risk of eliminating something that is truly from God. Ultimately, I seek to maintain continuity as well as true doctrine, praying that what is left is at least close to what Joseph received in his original revelation.
